        "rendered": "<p>A few metres from the Ceraso exit, you will find this restaurant where you can enjoy local Cilento produce: stuffed aubergines (\u201cmelanzane \u201dmbuttunate\u201c), anchovies from Menaica prepared with cheese and eggs (\u201dalici di menaica \u2019nchiappate\"), fusilli with Cilento rag\u00f9 and a meat or pork rind roll (\"braciola\"), pasta and chickpeas from Cicerale, thick spaghetti with anchovies, Podolico caciocavallo cheese from Novi Velia, sopressata from Gioi, and a wide selection of vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>To conclude: chestnut sweets, such as pastorelle, or scauratieddi (water and flour zeppole, covered in honey).
