        "rendered": "<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We all know that you eat well in Italy, and the fact that this is recognised around the world certainly makes us quite proud. The fact that this ranking always rewards Campania makes us very satisfied.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indeed, the gastronomy portal TasteAtlas, a massive database of world cuisine, places Campania in first place in its 2023 rankings, alongside 6 other Italian regions in the top 10, and in 2024\/25 Naples is on the podium: for the pizza margherita (already an UNESCO intangible heritage, alongside the Mediterranean diet), gnocchi alla sorrentina, spaghetti with clams, sfogliatella, pastiera, and zeppole di San Giuseppe.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I believe that the secret to such great success lies in the fact that, in our country, the practice of traditions, conviviality, sharing, and a gastronomic culture rich in creativity and knowledge is innate: in short, cooking and eating is a ritual and it makes us happy. The amazing thing is that this happiness, this enormous enthusiasm, has engaged the global population, who appreciate our dishes, queue up at our restaurants, and buy our typical products: in short, a masterpiece!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Italian Cuisine has been officially inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage<\/strong> <strong>10th December 2025<\/strong>. \u201cUNESCO thus recognises the representativeness of Italian cuisine as a vehicle of culture: it is a set of not only culinary, but also convivial and social knowledge that is transmitted from generation to generation throughout the national territory.
